Shipping & Delivery

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping in India. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:

We currently deliver to more than 500 cities across India and almost all countries worldwide. Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination, and the typical lead times are as shown below:

As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers in India. In case of international orders delivery may take a time span of 10 to 12 working days (Please contact Customer Service for details regarding location and delivery time).  In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
We ship on all week days (Monday to *Saturday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.*Order placed before 15.00hrs IST
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us customercare@vraimode.com  your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Credit Card Security
• We are using COD (Cash on Delivery) and Net banking for all.Please do contact our customer care for details.
• We do not store any kind of credit card details of our customers. Regardless of whether you pay for an item on a Lyst Partner's website or through our Integrated Checkout service, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns & Replacements

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 90 days of delivery to get a 100% refund.**

We offer free and easy returns through courier pickup, or you can exchange most items bought online, at any of our stores across India. You do not have to bear any courier shipping charges for returns.

We do not return or exchange gift vouchers, fine jewelry, undergarments, cosmetics & perfumes, sunglasses and watches for hygiene and other reasons.

• At vraimode.com we offer an EASY 90-DAYS REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items bought from vraimode.com.
• In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Ordering
After clicking "Check Out", you will see an "Order Confirmation" page that shows your billing address, shipping address, payment information, and items ordered. Please print this page and keep the confirmation number for your records. If you have questions concerning your order, please contact Customer Service and refer to your confirmation number.

We will also send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will confirm that your order was processed as well as other detailed information. The vendor will also refer to your order confirmation number.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payments

If you are making a payment on one of our Lyst Partner websites, payment can be made by any card accepted by the retailer that delivers the product. You will be asked to enter your shipping details, billing details and payment details in order to purchase the product from the Lyst Partner.

If you are making a payment on Lyst via our Integrated Checkout service, then Lyst accepts a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards. When you make your first payment through the Integrated Checkout service, you will be asked to enter your shipping address and billing/payment details in order to purchase the item. If you are a Lyst member, your shipping and billing details will be stored in accordance with our Cookie Policy and the Services will remember your shipping and billing details the next time you go to purchase an item via our Integrated Checkout service. If you are not a Lyst member, you will be required to enter your shipping and billing details each time you purchase an item.

We use a third party payment process provider called Stripe to process certain credit card and debit card transactions you make through Integrated Checkout. When you place an order via the Services, in respect of which Stripe processes payments, Stripe will authorise your credit or debit card and process the transaction on our behalf.

If you are a Lyst member and want to change your existing payment card details, you can do this in the "Purchase Settings" section of your account "Settings".

There are certain payment methods that you cannot use on the Services. We do not accept:

Viewing Orders

Please refer to the order status email sent by the store for status and tracking information for your order. If you are having trouble locating this information, please contact us at customercare@vraimode.com with the store name and an order number if available. Other than this , you should Sign in with the correct email address and password that is provided during making the order. Then click on "My Account" and you can see the order status in the My Account Page.

Updating Account Information

How to Register?
Registering on the vraimode.com is for free. Please click on "Register" at the top right of the Home page and go to the page for registration, fill in all the information required, you will get a $5 coupon code free of charge after completing the registration.

How to change account information?
After logging in, you can see "My Account" on the top right line of the Home page. Click My account and you will get to your account page, where you can change your account information.

How do I change my email address?
If you want to change the information, you can log in to your vraimode` account from Home page and change your email address by clicking on "Change Profile ".

I Can't Sign In?
In case you cannot Sign In, Please follow the below instructions:
Please check your log in details and make sure your username is the same email address which is provided during registration. System maintenance might cause a problem, if so, please wait for 30 minutes and try again. If the above methods do not work, please contact our customer service at service@vraimode.com, they will help you to how handle the issue.

TIP: If you're not sure whether the problem is caused by you or us, please try to log in with another computer, or use different browsers. When you were registering, you might have made a mistake which results in unsuccessful Sign in to your account and you can't make any orders. It's better to register a new account.

Forgot Your Password
You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link in the "Sign In" page. Then go to your email and check for the new mail sent from vraimode in your inbox, where you can find your password. After Signing in with the new password, you can change your password according to your own desire.
